1. Digital Services Only

At Octalbees, our core business operations revolve exclusively around digital services, software development, web solutions, and digital marketing. We do not manufacture, sell, or ship any physical goods or merchandise. As a result, no physical shipping, handling fees, or physical delivery times apply to your orders with us.

2. Service Initiation and Delivery

Once your payment is confirmed and any required onboarding materials are received, we will formally initiate the service. Delivery of our services (e.g., website deployment, app publication, marketing campaign launch) will strictly adhere to the timeline and milestones agreed upon in your custom project proposal or service agreement.

3. Digital Delivery Methods

All final deliverables, reports, source code, and digital assets are delivered electronically. Depending on the nature of the project, we will use one or more of the following methods:

• Direct email transmission to the registered email address.
• Secure cloud storage links (e.g., Google Drive, AWS, GitHub).
• Direct deployment to your provided servers or hosting environment.
• Delivery via a secure client dashboard or project management tool.

4. Acceptance of Delivery

Upon transmission of the final digital deliverables, it is your responsibility to review and test the materials. If you experience any technical issues accessing or downloading your digital deliverables, please reach out to us immediately at info@octalbees.com so we can provide alternative access methods.
