Monday-Wednesday: Work on your assigned project tasks with guidance from your mentor. Thursday: Weekly 1-on-1 mentorship session (30-45 mins). Friday: Code/design review and feedback session. Weekends: Optional self-study and community interaction. All schedules are flexible and can be adjusted.
Top-performing interns can earn a stipend of up to ₹20,000, based on the quality and consistency of their work. This is strictly performance-based and not guaranteed. Only those who consistently deliver quality work, show proactiveness, and contribute meaningfully to live production projects are eligible.
